In most fish recipes, I interchange the types of fish without any difference in the outcome, but in this particular recipe I always stick with salmon. There is something about salmon that complements the maple taste so well, it’s amazing. Bake 12 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork. Combine with mustard, soy sauce and maple syrup.
